Youth Entrepreneurship Workshop | Waste to Wealth

This initiative is designed to empower young people with practical skills and forward-thinking knowledge in regenerative entrepreneurship. The program will train 20 youth participants in the core principles of transforming waste into value, with a strong emphasis on upcycling materials into marketable, income-generating products.
Through a highly interactive two-day workshop, participants will gain hands-on experience and learn how to identify opportunities within their local environments.

The training will focus on developing low-investment startup models, enabling youth to conceptualise, design, and launch businesses that require minimal or no initial capital. To ensure continued learning beyond the workshop, each participant will receive comprehensive printed training manuals and structured worksheets. These materials will act as practical, step-by-step guides to support both immediate application and long-term entrepreneurial growth.

Ultimately, the initiative seeks to cultivate a mindset that blends environmental responsibility with economic independence—encouraging young people to become innovators who contribute to both sustainable development and their own livelihoods.
